Hello! My name is Jess, and I am the owner and baker of Mad Batter Cupcakes. I’ve always been inspired to create things that are outside the norm and I love to create unique flavours that you simply cannot find anywhere else. After testing out some delicious recipes, I decided that I didn’t want to keep these amazing flavours to myself. I wanted other people to try them and love them just as much as I do.
