Little Bakes of Kindness
Little Bakes of Kindness was something unexpected that originated due to COVID-19. I was looking for something to do during the start of lockdown as I couldn’t continue my main business. I had the idea of starting with baking the traditional Hong Kong Pineapple Buns (BLB) and soon enough I wanted to create unique, fusion flavours of my own. Aside from BLBs, I also bake irresistible large gooey dark chocolate cookies that are inspired by NYC’s Levain Bakery. BLBs and the Colossal cookies are my favourite things to bake! I was also inspired to use my baking as a way to give back to the community, as this year has been challenging on so many levels. 30% of my proceeds will continuously go towards charities and support world issues.
