At Milk Cake, we bake authentic Tres Leches in fresh modern flavours—everything from scratch—using only premium ingredients. Tres Leches (which translates to “three milks” in Spanish) is a soft, light, and fluffy sponge cake that is soaked in a velvety mixture of milks and topped with freshly whipped cream. As a popular celebratory cake in Latin America, we hope that our very own Peruvian-inspired recipe will bring some joy to you and your loved ones.

My name is Bea, I’m 17 years old and I love creating sweet treats for everyone to enjoy. Being able to make others happy with something I made is what really made me passionate about baking. I currently make Gourmet Cookies and Sweet Rolls and offer a huge variety of flavors to choose from.
I am a culinary graduate from The Culinary Institute Of America in New York and even though my degree focused on savoury foods, I have always been passionate about desserts and have a major sweet tooth. I feel that food has a way of bringing people together and desserts/sweets always put a smile on their face.
At Pandoughra’s Box we create large stuffed cookies, biscotti, brownies, jars of vegan edible cookie dough and double fromage Japanese style cheesecakes.

Little Bakes of Kindness
Little Bakes of Kindness was something unexpected that originated due to COVID-19. I was looking for something to do during the start of lockdown as I couldn’t continue my main business. I had the idea of starting with baking the traditional Hong Kong Pineapple Buns (BLB) and soon enough I wanted to create unique, fusion flavours of my own. Aside from BLBs, I also bake irresistible large gooey dark chocolate cookies that are inspired by NYC’s Levain Bakery. BLBs and the Colossal cookies are my favourite things to bake! I was also inspired to use my baking as a way to give back to the community, as this year has been challenging on so many levels. 30% of my proceeds will continuously go towards charities and support world issues.
Mad Batter Cupcakes
Hello! My name is Jess, and I am the owner and baker of Mad Batter Cupcakes. I’ve always been inspired to create things that are outside the norm and I love to create unique flavours that you simply cannot find anywhere else. After testing out some delicious recipes, I decided that I didn’t want to keep these amazing flavours to myself. I wanted other people to try them and love them just as much as I do. Once you try, I’m sure you’ll go MAD for Mad Batter.
